2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Yes. Our floss is designed to be smooth and gentle while still being effective at removing plaque. Many customers with sensitive gums prefer our expanding or waxed floss.
7. Are your floss picks reusable?
No. Our floss picks are single-use for optimal hygiene. However, we also offer durable, high-quality traditional floss for those who prefer reusable holders.
8. Do your floss products contain BPA or harmful chemicals?
No. All Flossique products are made with food-grade, BPA-free, and non-toxic materials.
9. Which floss is best for tight teeth?
Our expanding floss or flat tape floss works best for tight spaces as it expands to clean more surface area. Waxed floss is also easier to slide between tight teeth.
10. How many floss picks / rolls are in each pack?
The quantity varies by product. Exact numbers (e.g., 50 picks, 100 picks, 200 picks) are clearly listed on each product page.
11. Are the floss picks suitable for kids?
Yes. We offer child-friendly floss picks with softer handles and gentle floss, ideal for teaching kids good oral hygiene habits.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
